Essential Information: Quality Assurance
Your candidates will have undergone a minimum one hour, one-to-one interview with a member of our experienced staff prior to being proposed as a match for your vacancy.

  • Your candidate will have, where applicable, undertaken a detailed, technical and practical test.

  • Your candidate will have been questioned thoroughly about their previous work experience.

  • Your candidate will have been reference checked with at least two of their former employers.

  • Your candidate will have all the skills and qualifications you listed as a “must have”.

  • Your candidate will be fully briefed on the business methodology of your company and will have confirmed that they wish to have their C.V. submitted for consideration.
