Combining the online technologies with traditional recruitment
consultancy, ABLE Commercial are able to deliver the accuracy of
customised and personal service with all the convenience of an
online recruitment facility. Once registered, clients are able to
list new vacancies and view the C.V’s and profiles of the proposed
candidates through an online console. Where this differs from a
traditional online recruiter is that the proposed candidates are
matched to the vacancy by the ABLE Commercial team and not a search
engine, providing the convenience of online recruitment with the
accuracy assured by conducting “personal assessment”.

Your candidates will have undergone a minimum one hour, one-to-one
interview with a member of our experienced staff prior to being
proposed as a match for your vacancy.

where applicable, undertaken a detailed, technical and practical
test.

been questioned thoroughly about their previous work experience.

been reference checked with at least two of their former employers.

all the skills and qualifications you listed as a “must have”.

fully briefed on the business methodology of your company and will
have confirmed that they wish to have their C.V. submitted for
